I am a team-oriented assistant project manager, with 10 years experience in

construction management, including healthcare renovation, ground up

residential high end construction and Security Systems Management. My

experience is diverse including onsite field experience working hand in

hand with the project design team, trades, and client. My goal is to

continue working as an APM with the opportunity to grow into a Project

Manager.

Representative Projects:

North Shore LIJ - Lenox Hill Hospital Cath Labs Renovation

We renovated and upgraded existing equipment in six Cath Labs while

department remained functioning. I assisted with extensive coordination

onsite daily between trades, facility, equipment vendor (Philips), design

team and my team daily onsite. We worked with infectious control to

maintain PCRA/ICRA requirements thru the department. Floor below worked

was coordinated to not affect the operating rooms. Several safety plans

were implemented including "confined space" and rigging of new equipment.

North Shore University Hospital - Manhasset, Katz Women Hospital Expansion

& Renovation

I've worked with the project team to design and build an Obstetrics

Pavilion that achieved platinum certification for new renovation and one

gold certification for renovation. Credits included Waste Management,

Recycled Content, and Regional Material. Green Power was implemented as

well as low gpm plumbing faucets to ensure water efficiency.

Project details include constructing a new 15,000 sf steel structure on top

of an existing 4 story building. The new 5th floor as well as 4th and 3rd

floors provide 49 single patient rooms, nurseries and support spaces

occupying 45,000 sf. A 260' long prefabricated mechanical room installed

on the roof provides individual temperature control to all patient and

support rooms with ductwork concealed on the exterior of the building in

glass enclosed duct enclosures. Project also provided 4 new elevators

extended up to the new roof level and all new electric distribution,

medical gasses and plumbing. Many patients rave about the hotel like feel

for ultimate patient comfort. I managed the field office daily and

assisted with coordination between trades, vendors and the hospital.

Safety consisted of preparing High Risk Activity Plans with the Safety Team

approval for all Rigs and critical activities.

Sitt Asset Management, The Venetian Condominiums, in Brooklyn NY

The Venetian is six-story luxury condominium building, which features

classical living, inspired Brooklyn lifestyle with Manhattan-style luxury.

Its dramatic and distinctive exterior is designed in the classical style,

reminiscent of renaissance era Italian Architecture. Design has exquisite

lobby finishes, which include stone floors, walls and an original floor

tile mosaic. We designed each suite to include full kitchen, living room,

master bath, powder room and terrace. Amenities include courtyard, fitness

center, storefronts, residents lounge and secure parking.

Mount Sinai Infant Abduction System, NYC

This work was performed while I was working with a Security Systems

Integrator. We installed and new Panic Abduction System to monitor infants

during their stay at Mount Sinai Hospitals. We installed a master station

as well as sub stations that would interact with infant hug tags which

looked like your regular hospital band. Instead were proximity sensors.

These tags were worn by each baby from the time of birth to discharge with

their mothers. If the babies were under an attempted abduction and entered

forbidden zones such as; exit doors or elevators zones alarms will sound

and doors will lock since they had "fail secured" locking device
