EXPERIENCE

Contract and Grant Administration:

Manages company contracts ranging from employment contracts to supplier negotiations.

Assisted attorneys with mergers and acquisitions and other complex business transactions, as well as drafting commercial

documents of various kinds, including stock purchase and sales agreements, employment and noncompetition agreements, and

clients of renewals and annual meetings.

Bankruptcy Paralegal:

Responsible for reviewing bankruptcy Proof of Claims.

Interact with attorney liaison and mortgage underwriting on how to use mortgage and foreclosure software and procedures.

Carefully review proof of claim against mortgage/foreclosure software to ensure accuracy.

Review attorney work to ensure compliance with state and federal laws and Wells Fargo procedures.

Establish rapport and effectively communicate with homeowner regarding status of mortgage and possibility of foreclosure and

Wells Fargo’s claim.

Thoroughly review all documentation submitted by homeowner as to not delay foreclosure process. Track foreclosure progress and

confirm delay of hearings and/or time available for sales process.

Interact with owner to obtain completed hardship letter and all supporting documentation for a standard short sale

submission package via email or other written and verbal communication.

Obtain and review lien search of public record to assure accuracy and completeness of lien holder information and submit report to

attorney liaison.

Interact with real estate agent to gather facts and other pertinent information short sale and report to attorney liaison.

Arrange a private consultation for owner with attorney liaison either in person or by telephone. Provide documents to attorney

liaison for consultation.

Confirm with Program Attorney that owner elects to proceed and inform realtor. If owner proceeds with short sale, review and

revise short sale submission package based upon any updates, requirements or suggestions of attorney liaison.

If any needed documents are missing or incomplete, interact with owner to obtain same and notify/ enlist assistance of listing

agent to motivate compliance. Confirm that all required forms and documents are fully complete.
