. Maintaining the production quality as well as quantity of

the urea formaldehyde dryer plant by adjusting the important

process parameters during the shift

. Making daily as well as monthly production report of the

plant

. Look after the stock of raw materials during the shift

. Making mass and energy balance and throughout process

calculation

. Look after the cleaning and maintenance jobs during the

shift

. Develop safety procedures to be employed by workers

operating equipment or working in close proximity to on-

going chemical reactions.
