Browser Based Solutions develops innovative websites and applications in the fields of
corporate application, mobile development, e-commerce, and content management
systems. The firm employs agile methodology (SCRUM). The software was developed
using C#.NET, XML, Microsoft SQL Server.
Major projects include:
• matter Base:
This is a highly customizable client/matter management system for medium to large law
firms. I was a Business Analyst and Project Manager on the project.
My responsibilities as a Business Analyst included:
- wrote Business requirements document and the functional spec;
- defined and maintained the content management architecture;
- created data flow diagrams;
- managed developers both in the US and overseas within multiple time zones;
- Worked with QA Manager and testing team to ensure thorough testing of
modules/application/interfaces.
- Participated in UAT.

• Drop-Shipper Automation Software:
This software takes in feeds from a variety of drop-shippers, migrates the data into a data
warehouse, allows the admin to create additional custom fields, and then allows the admin
to map these fields to their other systems (Channel Advisor, NetSuite, Magento, Amazon,
EBay, Buy.com, etc).
As a Business Analyst my responsibilities included:
- wrote Business requirements document and the functional spec;

This web-based software allowing the Franchise marketing team to design marketing

online. This project involved a lot of features typical for a sophisticated eCommerce site:

item before and after order, schedule home delivery, reminders, reward points system, etc.
The project supports two languages (English and Russian).
As a Business Analyst my responsibilities included:
