Browser Based Solutions develops innovative websites and applications in the fields of

corporate application, mobile development, e-commerce, and content management

systems. The firm employs agile methodology (SCRUM). The software was developed

using C#.NET, XML, Microsoft SQL Server.

Major projects include:

• matter Base:

This is a highly customizable client/matter management system for medium to large law

firms. I was a Business Analyst and Project Manager on the project.

My responsibilities as a Business Analyst included:

- wrote Business requirements document and the functional spec;

- defined and maintained the content management architecture;

- created data flow diagrams;

- managed developers both in the US and overseas within multiple time zones;

- Worked with QA Manager and testing team to ensure thorough testing of

modules/application/interfaces.

- Participated in UAT.

• Drop-Shipper Automation Software:

This software takes in feeds from a variety of drop-shippers, migrates the data into a data

warehouse, allows the admin to create additional custom fields, and then allows the admin

to map these fields to their other systems (Channel Advisor, NetSuite, Magento, Amazon,

EBay, Buy.com, etc).

As a Business Analyst my responsibilities included:

- wrote Business requirements document and the functional spec;

- conducted project kick-off meetings to communicate individual roles and project

expectations to ensure that all project team members have the tools and training

required to perform effectively;

- created a project plan and was tracking its execution;

- managed risks and scope of the project;

- Managed a team of developers.

• My GYM Print/Marketing System:

This web-based software allowing the Franchise marketing team to design marketing

materials to be used by their franchisees. The franchisees can then customize the marketing

materials with their own detailed information, additional info, and photos, which generates

a print-ready PDF file.

As a Business Analyst/Project Manager my responsibilities included:

- gathered business requirements from the end–users, specifying use cases;

- wrote functional spec;

- created and tracked the project plan;

- communicating status to the senior management;

- performed walkthroughs for the development team and QA;

• Gastronomnadom.com:

This is an eCommerce store providing full line of grocery products for the users to order

online. This project involved a lot of features typical for a sophisticated eCommerce site:

shopping cart, three levels of product categories, order editing, ability to edit weight per

item before and after order, schedule home delivery, reminders, reward points system, etc.

The project supports two languages (English and Russian).

As a Business Analyst my responsibilities included:

- worked with the client to define process workflow and requirements for products

definition;

- defined content management architecture;

- specified usability requirements and conducted usability testing;

- created business requirements document defining the layouts, product categories, and

process flows,

- managed risks and scope of the project;
