Accomplishment HIGHLIGHTS
Led an innovative initiative to secure program for additional
revenues with Bank of America. Overcame strict security requirements,
Leading/ audit procedures and need for special laser printers for printing
Coaching services through a unique process. Personally trained and coached the
team responsible for the procedures. Division grew from $540,000 in
annual revenue to $9.8M from Bank of America, Citibank, and Capital
One.
Led new startup and separate division for Jetson Direct Mail
Organizing Services. Developed plan and organized small fulfillment operation
supporting TV Guide from $250,000 in annual revenue to $3.5M in 3
years.
Spearheaded and implemented the process to clean up 500,000 gallons
of runoff water and contaminated soil from major fire a Jetson Direct
Communicating Mail Services facility in Long Island, NY. Contracted and coordinated
removal of contamination from storm drains to Department of
Environmental Protection Agency's satisfaction. Exonerated company
from being named and held libel for $1M in cleanup costs, legal fees,
and lawsuits resulting from EPA Superfund site.
Championed and organized the Department of Environmental Protection
Results compliance procedures and implementation for Jetson Direct Mail
Driven Services transition from Long Island N.Y. to Saint Clair, PA. 9
months after move the company was inspected and cited for
noncompliance. Communicated and documented at DEP's hearing in Wilkes
Barre, PA adherence to all regulations saving Jetson $70,000 in
immediate fines and the potential loss of millions of dollars due to
Problem shut down, corporate image, and upgrading of facility.
Solving Developed cost budget analysis for new generation bindery equipment.
Led initiative with international vendor to modify and test unit side
by side with current lines for 4 months. End result of integrated
technology was 70% increase in productivity and reduction of indirect
mechanical staff with ROI in 30 months.
Orchestrated and wrote all systems, procedures, and key indicators
for JetSend start up division. Researched, collaborated,
communicated, organized, and documented all facets of operation.
Completed process including quality procedures leading to 100% error
free products and closed loop processes to guarantee unique needs of
each customer 100% on time delivery.
Charged as Chairman of Safety Committee with reducing accident
frequency and cost by 25% annually. Over a three year period
developed and instituted a rigorous safety program. Reducing annual
frequency from 149 reported claims to 72 and cost of claims from
