General Manager: Performed all of the function necessary for running a profitable mini
storage business from the collection of cash and accounts receiveable and the renting of
storage units to complete building and lawn maintenance for a 82 unit storage business
with over 10 acres of land.
Victoria Hyundai, Victoria, BC (Sept 2009 – July 2010)
Sales Rep: Performed all of the functions necessary for selling both new and used cars at
an extremely high volume dealership. Averaged between 180 to 220 cars sold every
month for the entire dealership.
AquaShear, North Vancouver, BC ( Dec 2007 – Present)
Sales Rep: a small water jet cutting company cut almost any material using a water jet
table

Manager: I took care of all the daily functions of maintaining two different coin-
operated car wash facilities, one located in Tilbury and one in Windsor approximately 90
kilometers apart. Duties included maintaining all of the various equipment including
pumps, vacuums and electric motors. Plus the repairs to all the various vending machines
located on site, as well as the general up keep of the entire property. Stocking vending
machines and dealing with all the purchasing needs. Plus the handling of cash for the
money machine, stocking and restocking as well dealing with customer complaints or
concerns.
Arvin Meritor, Tilbury, Ontario ( July 2002 - July 2003 )
Production Supervisor: After leaving Meritor four years earlier I returned in 2002, after
another supervisor was in a serious car accident. I was in charge of the entire shop floor
(consisting of approx. 220 employees at that time) on either the afternoon or midnight
shift. ( see next page under meritor for further detail ) left to work with my father.

Sales & Leasing Consultant: I wanted to work at a much busier dealership, in order to
give this new career path a solid chance, to see if it would be profitable. I gave car sales
approx. one year in this pursuit. The opportunity to return to the automotive
manufacturing sector a rose. So I once again returned to this type of work, as it was a
much more stable position, with a company I had previously worked with for many years.

Sales & Leasing Consultant: I obtained my automotive sales license from OMVIC and I
truly enjoyed working in the automotive business at the retail level. This was a big
change from past work experience, but I found it to be rewarding, in helping clients to
make their automotive purchasing decisions.
KS Centoco Wheel Corporation, Tilbury, Ontario ( March 2000 - February 2001 )
Process Engineer: This is a tier 1 automotive supplier for the Chrysler Corp. They
manufacture aluminum die cast steering wheels. They also have reaction injection and
plastic injection molding departments as well. I was responsible for improving the
processes in all of these departments and finding ways to cut costs and improve
productivity. I quoted various jobs and conducted projects of varying nature from start to
finish. Unfortunately due to market conditions I was laid -off.
Hull - Thompson, Windsor, Ontario ( Oct. 1999 - March 2000 )
Shift Manager: This is a cold-rolled steel forming plant. I was responsible for the daily
activities involved with all aspects of running the entire shop floor. Co-ordinating the
unionized employees as well as outside contractors, while ensuring all requirements for
QS 9000 were maintained and production schedules were met. They went out of business.

Shift Supervisor: This is a tier 1 automotive parts manufacturing plant. They
manufacture vinyl for the internal use in passenger cars and light trucks for such
companies as Chrysler, Mercedes and Honda. I worked on a rotating 3 - shift basis in a
unionized environment performing all of the various functions listed in the next section
titled “Meritor”.
Meritor Automotive, Tilbury, Ontario ( May 1993 - April 1999 )
November 1998 I was promoted to :
Production Supervisor: I was in charge of the Brake Assembly, Rivet & Grind, Bracket
Fabrication, Brake Shoe Departments, Stockroom and Lift Trucks. While conforming to
QS 9000 quality standards in an extremely fast paces environment. I ensured that all
production schedules were met or exceeded. I was always striving for ways to improve
efficiency and quality while maintaining a positive and sake working environment for the
unionized employees on the shop floor. Due to the large number of departments I was
responsible for, I spent a great deal of my time handling conflicts with the union per the
collective agreement.
May 1998 I was promoted to :
