It gives me great pleasure to recognize Lachrishon Reed for the 4th Quarter Olympian Award

2012. Lachrishon is being recognized for her exceptional client service and meeting her

departmental goals by handling the most calls and keying the most new CheckTrack accounts

above her peers. Lachrishon has a positive attitude towards BB&T’s core values of providing

clients with the Perfect Client Experience. If I was a client on the phone with Lachrishon I

would be able to hear the smile in her voice as she interacted with me. In 2012 Lachrishon

managed to attain a perfect attendance for the whole calendar year, making her a reliable and

valuable employee to Creative Payment Solutions. Lachrishon is a very good listener which

allows her to guide her clients with compassion and understanding to resolve their issue. Her

knowledge of the CPS products enables Lachrishon to handle phone calls quickly and accurately.

Whenever Lachrishon is asked to perform any additional tasks other than her normal duties she

always makes herself available. Lachrishon previously received the Olympian Award in 2nd

quarter 2012. It is a pleasure to have Lachrishon on my team.
