Engineer/Shift-in-charge in LLDPE/HDPE Plant.

Chief Tasks Handled

Production Management: Developing production plans & arranging resources to

ensure achievement of targets as per budgeted parameters. Innovating new

process concepts for production optimization, yield improvement and

formulating guidelines for the sequencing of manufacturing activities on

the assembly line & shop floor processes. Preparing SOP's & work

instructions for production operations for the unit for facilitating

decision making.

ensuring that the same will consistently. Devising cost saving measures &

modifications to achieve substantial reduction in terms of man days,

the Twin Screw Extruder Operations JSW Model CMP 250 X12 AW with capacity

of 13.5 TPH
