Budget Boho - Self Employed eBay Listing Specialist 2/13 - Now

As a self employed listing specialist on eBay I find, photograph and write creative and

descriptive listings for quality designer and vintage clothing. I use my organizational and

time management skills to list as accurately, effectively and as often as I can to produce

sales. I must be extremely detail oriented when listing to ensure 100% customer

satisfaction to not only ensure repeat sales but to keep and continually upgrade my

standing within the eBay seller community. I use my skills at photography and creative

writing to give myself an edge in a highly competitive market.

The Warren Group - Mortgage Data Collections Specialist 7/12 - 2/13

As a Collections Specialist, I maintained, updated, and reported upon an expansive

database of New London County's mortgage information for a widely circulated publication

by The Warren Group. My duties included targeted research of public records and on-site

utilization of the City Clerk's office and their resources. This highly independent position

required a responsible employee with a great attention to detail as well as an extensive

knowledge of Microsoft Office and MS Access.

JobTarget - Job Posting Specialist 4/11 – 7/12

My duties included posting and managing job advertisements for multiple clients to over

1,000 different job boards across the internet. I acted as a direct point of contact to job

boards and account managers. I fielded calls, emaiedl job boards and performed data

entry, among other administrative duties. I trained new employees in our policies and

procedures for the department so they would become successful job posters. I was the

go-to employee for completing difficult or priority tasks for my manager and account

representatives. I was always called upon when implementing new procedures.

Since starting at JobTarget, I had been tasked with new leadership responsibilities. I

created and managed large amounts of data including logins and passwords for hundreds

of clients. I Coordinated services between JobTarget and outside companies utilizing a

variety of computer programs. I resolved client issues to ensure maximum satisfaction.

Furthermore, I assisted in the development and maintenance of the internal database of

information.

Daticon EED - Electronic Data Discovery Technician & Scan Operator 8/03 - 10/10

My responsibilities included running programs to process data on over a dozen computer

workstations. I also formatted data (Excel, Word, Lotus Notes, Access, etc.) to create

images and full text. I would search multiple databases for errors and correct anything that

might slow down programs or processes. On a daily basis I would send and receive emails

to project managers, assist other technicians in solving any problems that might impede

workflow, and multi task multiple project work orders. As a Scan Operator my daily tasks

included the operation and maintenance of professional scan machines, copiers, printers

and computers. For both positions I would train new technicians and operators.

Petco - Team Leader & Animal Care Specialist 11/05 - 9/06

I supervised and delegated tasks upon 12 associates to ensure they were completed

correctly and in a timely manner. My main responsibilities included answering customer

concerns and deciding the best course of action to keep customers satisfied. I was in

charge of: accepting deliveries; updating current inventory; ordering any new product;

counting, balancing, and recording daily departmental sales; preparing deposits; and loss

prevention.

As an Animal Care Specialist I managed the Companion Animal Department. I was

responsible for the welfare of all live animals and merchandise. Some of my duties included

feeding, cleaning habitats, bringing animals to the veterinarian, and administering

medications. I was also responsible for managing inventory levels and supply costs. For

both positions, I was responsible for training all new associates.

Better Val-U Supermarkets - Customer Service Representative 12/01 - 6/03

As a CSR, I handled all customer concerns and questions via in person or over the phone. I

would greet and maintain customer relationships. I supervised cashiers and inventory

specialists and scheduled their daily tasks. I managed all money orders, Western Union

transactions, and lottery transactions. I was in charge of opening and closing the store

and auditing the in-store safe, tills, checks, credit card slips, coupons and gift certificates. I

ran reports on all store systems (registers, credit, lottery, etc.). I also trained all new

employees.

my spare time I enjoy shooting and editing my own photos and videos along with digital

painting and drawing. I also have a passion for art, writing, and many various sciences. I
