environment by electronic separation. Perform safety checks prior to operating centrifuge machines.

Operate expressers to express plasma from whole blood units.

Utilize ePROGESA program to log donors and donation information into the program also to hold and

reject units.

Receive and inspect units and transporters being delivered into manufacturing by using the shipping

report and the blood container manifest.

Operate segment machines to segment units for racking and to place into freezers.

Perform QC checks on freezers, segment machines, centrifuge machines and scales before production.

Managed and trained over seven operators to work as a machine operator, programming tools and

troubleshooting tools when needed, following all SOPs. Worked at Wet Bench Operator, utilizing buffered oxide

etch and other chemicals to remove metals from silicon carbide wafers while using chemical scan system.

Programmed tools to cut and drill holes in wood to build cabinets, while wearing PPE.

Place silver, gold, and other metals onto the silicon carbide wafers.

Gained over ten tool and wet bench certifications.

Worked in a Class 100 Cleanroom in a full cleanroom suit while following all cGMP.

Work using high power microscopes to inspect the wafers to see if all metals have been removed.

QC all tools and bits before production runs

Packed and stocked cabinets for shipping, utilizing pallet jack to load and unload materials.
