RFC 2544 RFC 5357 TWAMP
Lead roles in the design of variety SA systems with most progressive IT
features (languages, operational systems and packages). Designed innovative
solutions to help a communications service provider monitor, control,
analyze and manage wireless and core telecommunication networks. Teamwork
with product and marketing managers, user interaction designers and other
software engineers to develop new product offering and improve existing
ones. As traditional voice telephone systems converged with packet-oriented
Internet traffic (including VoIP and VoLTE), broadband applications such as
teleconferencing, DSL, UVERSE and Mobile (wireless) requests to identify
faults in the network and resolve them in the timely manner to minimize
service downtime became very critical. The industry also requested policies
and processes to proactively pinpoint, diagnose and resolve service quality
degradations or device malfunctions before subscribers are impacted.
Designed and implemented Service Assurance applications and policies
ensured that services offered over networks meet a predefined service
quality level for an optimal subscriber experience.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
2011-2012 T-Mobile USA Parsippany New
Jersey
System Architect, Consultant (Systems Design and Strategies project)
Integrated and aggregated Spirent Test Center Live (STCL) Performance
Monitoring (PM) and Test and Diagnostic (T&D) software with existed Homer,
SLIPED, Granite and TPIM projects to deliver backhauls testing and
performance monitoring system under real-world conditions on live networks
with comprehensive reporting and analysis, measuring QoE of services with
respect to voice, data, video and applications. It transformed T-
Mobile existed operations into highly efficient, low cost network and
service delivery operations, simplified the management of SLAs and
accelerated trouble resolution cycles with easy to use high scalability
GUI. The project
helped to modernize approximately 16,000 sites with HSPA+ on 1900 MHz
spectrum to cover 170 million phones. Capital expenditures were $1.1
billion as the company continued to build out its LTE network to cover 7
major U.S. metropolitan areas.

New Jersey
Research Consultant (Network Infrastructure project)
Designed and implemented the uplink and downlink network performance
monitoring software system using recommended by at&t Labs Egil and Cymbal
languages for the wireless communication operation support project
(Mobility) based on LTE, 3GPP requirements. Designed software produced
analytical and statistical metrics for 2G, 3G, and 4G networks using big
data parallel processing algorithms to help evaluate public cloud options
and detect trends. Provided support information to system engineers in the
creation of a system specification.
