Played a key role on the audit team allowing Siemens to pass their ISO audit five years straight with
99.94 % accuracy, which ranked our DC among top in Siemens Network of DCs. Siemens audit team
lead PD Network in count accuracy for Mock Audits at 96.6%. Duluth was the only DC to pass all mock
audits for three years. Passed inventory exemption audit on the 1st attempt. Count accuracy 99.25% (1
error), absolute $ accuracy 99.94%, and net $ accuracy was 99.94%.
As part of Siemens Safety Committee we held monthly safety meetings to insure safety procedures were
being upheld. Duluth DC had zero injuries for FY07 to FY10, only 2 locations have that safety record. I
have not had any lost time injuries or accidents while employed by Siemens for 7 years. I have received
three safety awards from Siemens Safety Committee for my efforts for being a safe and committed
worker. I help to implement a training program for all warehouse employees on how to change batteries
