CORE RESPONSIBLITIES

ERECTION AND COMMISSIONING RESPONSIBLITIES

Coordinating with project Team erected Reactors, Condensers, Separators, Blenders, Heat Exchangers, Sparkler filters and all types of pumps

Erected Thermic fluid heating system, Steam heating system, Air and Nitrogen production system, Hot and Cold room system, FDV system with project team and solving commissioning problems

Responsible for Calibration of Every reactors, separators, blenders, mixers, storage tanks and all Lab equipments

Analyze and Increase the heating efficiency every Reactors during Commissioning of Thermic fluid heating system

Responsible for Water boiling and solvent boiling of all reactors for checking heating cooling system

PRODUCTION RESPONSIBLITIES

Coordinating with technical team and solving process issues during First Bulk Batch processing

Minimize the Standard Production Cost, Standard Fuel Cost by preventive maintenance of equipments and standardize the cycle time of Batches

Responsible for daily resin production and meeting daily target volumes in shop floor

Standardizing new formulations Batches and Products in the shop floor

Increase the Quality Rate Index by proper monitoring and testing during Resin processing

Final product Quality maintained Effectively by Route Cause Analysis and Corrective and Preventive Action

To Monitoring the Process Panel through PLC, SCADA and DCS System

Requirement, Movement of Raw materials and Yield of resins is posted in SAP
