and provide leadership in the implementation of project HSE management systems in accordance
with current OSH Acts/ regulations, Brierty and client requirements
Ensures the project operates within Brierty Corporate, Customer and legislative HSE
requirements and expectations
Administer and support project incident management protocol inclusive of root cause analysis
and identification of preventative measures/actions
Attend regularly scheduled project HSE meetings with contractors and Clients
Support site orientation and on-boarding process for all workers
Administers the projects Safety KPI reports process
Provide HSE advice to the management team and HSE support to the project
Provide interpretation of appropriate OH&S legislation as it applies to the project
Encourage a safe working culture amongst personnel
Promote HSE awareness, accountability and responsibility
