Personal Statement
I am a hardworking, detail oriented Montana State University student who is looking to get his foot into the
business world. I’m an independent worker but thoroughly enjoy working in a team centered environment. Most
of my jobs have required strong customer service skills as well as great coworker relations. They also have
demanded to be right the first time and the ability to multitask. I believe that I have met all of the demands of my
previous work environments and am ready to meet and exceed yours.
Work Experience
Night Manager (Oct 2006 – Dec 2012)
Welch Village Ski Area, Welch, MN 55089
In this job I worked as a general worker in the rental shop for 2 years. After that I was promoted to a night
manager where I would be in charge of one or two other people. Tasks involved were;
• Assisting customers through the rental process
• Adding hours for paychecks
• Adjusting skis to customers specifications
• Cash Register
• Cleaning the work space at the end of the night(cleaning of counters, sweeping, vacuuming)
Ramp Service: (May 2012 – April 2013)
World Wide Flight Services, Bozeman, MT 59715
Serviced planes in the areas of baggage, de- icing, cleaning
• Remove bags from and place on the aircraft
• Removal all ice and snow from aircraft using a de-ice bucket
• Clean aircraft at the beginning and end of each day.
