processing based in Winnipeg, Canada. Richardson International Limited is a privately held company.
Awarded “ Top 50 Best Managed Companies in Canada” in 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012. Annual revenues
exceed $8 billion.
Sr. Vice President Food Products 2013
Richardson Food Products was formed in January of 2013 combining the processing assets of Richardson
Nutrition - Canola based food products and Richardson Milling - Oat based and Wheat milled food products.
Annual division revenues of $700 million.
Responsibilities include the Sales and Marketing management of branded and private label food products into
the retail, food service and industrial channels. Key responsibilities encompass the integration of the newly
acquired $450 million oat processing assets and employees into the Richardson Food Products Division.
Position is one of eight on the senior executive board reporting into the President/CEO.
Vice President / General Manager Richardson Nutrition 2008-2012
Richardson Nutrition is a 100%, wholly owned subsidiary of Richardson International Limited. Annual
division revenues of $250 million. Manufacturing facilities include plants in Alberta, Ontario and New
Brunswick as well a number of contract manufacturers located throughout North America which produce a
wide array of canola oil, margarine and shortening value-added products for the retail, food service and
industrial food processor markets.
Responsible for the General Management of the Nutrition Division, including multi-site Manufacturing,
Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, Sales & Marketing activities. Division responsibility included 12 direct reports
and 210 indirect. Position is one of eight on the senior executive board reporting into the President/CEO.
• Performed a top-to-bottom analysis of the Division that resulted in the reorganization of the Sales,
Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain and Manufacturing departments.
• Introduced Forecasting Model and Lean Manufacturing procedures to reduce cost and provide just in
time inventories, which significantly improved bottom-line profits.
• Initiated engineering study to evaluate plant processes and efficiencies resulting in a $15 million
capital outlay, which improved efficiencies and flexibilities with a ROI of 3.2 years.

ROLL INTERNATIONAL, Los Angeles, CA
A privately owned conglomerate comprised of Teleflora, Franklin Mint, and Paramount Farms with over $1.0
billion in revenue annually. Paramount Farms is the U.S. largest vertically integrated grower, manufacturer,
and marketer of almonds and pistachios. Paramount Farms is the licensee for the “Sunkist” brand and is
responsible for national and export distribution of $400 million in annual revenue.
Vice President Domestic & International Sales – Paramount Farms 1997-2006
• Responsibilities included sales to all Domestic and International accounts.
Department responsibility included 14 Direct reports and 115 indirect.
• Reorganized and developed productive sales team that increased the business four-fold in the last six
years. Channels of distribution include Grocery Produce, Mass Merchant, Club Stores, Convenience,
Food Service, Industrial and Export (Europe/Asia).
• Achieved record profits by reducing inefficiencies in trade spend and reducing brokerage
commissions. Net result was better customer promotional activity with lower operational costs.
• Launched a new product brand in the Produce salad-topping category. Current national grocery store
ACV distribution is 87%. Current brand dollar volume exceeds $50 million.
• Developed export business plan (Europe & Southeast Asia) resulting in sales in excess of $90
million. Hired and train sales and marketing personnel in both Asia and Europe.

Label pistachios and almonds.
