testing team that performed end to end testing on the CRM Web application used to sell SAP’s

portfolio of products.

• Tested One Order and Online BP Reporting ABAP applications to check if the report is indeed

retrieving the required search results.

• Tested the 360 Customer view application that receives data from various backend systems,

to check if all customer pertinent data such as Purchase History, Customer Installations,

Contracts and Recent request for support from SAP are displayed appropriately.

• Validated the Fast Search BSP (Business Server Pages) application used by Inside Sales to

quickly retrieve Account information using simple keyword searches of various account

attributes.

The Human Resources group can enter, modify and view the information through. The recruitment

module helps the Human Resource department to manage the recruitment of new candidates. The

information is stored in an SQL Server Database.

HDFC is the leading company in the credit card industry. Worked on HDFC Net Access, which is a free

service (web based interface) that provides 24 hour access to an individual’s credit card account

information in a safe, highly secured environment. Users can get up to the minute information about their

accounts, track account activity and pay monthly bill online. This service enables users to review and

download monthly statement, request of address change and credit reference letters. Security testing was

an important aspect of this project.
