• Successfully trained and managed 120 technicians, engineers and supervisors in
the Environmental, Safety and Health Department in support of complex
environmental remediation at two Department of Energy sites.
• Wrote, designed and produced a new DOE compliant radiation safety program
including 87 new procedures, and 10 technical basis documents. My department
was the first organization on site to achieve this goal allowing Fluor to receive
100% of its fee from the DOE.
• Served on management team that successfully completed phase one verification

Department of Energy environmental remediation sites
• Developed survey, monitoring and safety requirements for the successful
demolition of 8 facilities.
• Successfully performed as cost account manager for a multimillion dollar safety
account while acting as the technical representative for a multimillion dollar staff
augmentation sub contract.
