SELECTED PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Successfully created and implemented Safe for Pod Program. Met with personnel within the
department to discuss safety issues. Management team held a presentation on safety and created a Safe
for Pod program, which resulted in personnel donating Pods (paper money). Leadership nominated 3
personnel who conducted safety, corrected personnel on safety and wore their protective prostrate
equipment (PPE). IMPACT: Audited by safety department after Corrective Action Review (CAR) was
issued; department score improved by 30% and received overall score of 94% out of 100. This prevented
the department from losing a billion dollar contract, saved employees jobs and contributed more to safety.
Built security infrastructure from inception to completion . Created and planned the structure of the
warehouse. Recommended that leadership use large 20’ and 40’ containers to build the border for
security. Once, completed carpentry built a 8,000 sq. ft. metal warehouse to contain material needed to
be secured in a climate controlled environment. Organized areas in which vehicles, large maintenance
parts, hazardous chemicals, and confidential/secret protected items needed to be stored (contained the
10 classes of supply). As well as established a team that had clearance to specifically handle all
confidential/secret items. IMPACT: All personnel were trained in time and the deadlines were met for the
opening of the warehouse. Afghanistan could begin the shutdown process and Soldiers were released
from their duties.
Conducted a successful Military Audit. Placed an inventory team within both the Distribution Yard and
Warehouse to conduct a 100% inventory of all items to ensure that our electronic system was compatible
to what we had on ground. After the inventory was complete, met with QA/QC to inspect the areas first so
external quality assurance auditor findings. Auditors provided a checklist of areas that needed
reorganization to meet standards of the military. IMPACT: Once the military completed their inspection of both
areas, the department was awarded an overall score of 99% which resulted in audit being delayed for 2 years. Which
was the highest that department has ever received. We also managed to turn in many items that were unserviceable.
