WORK EXPERIENCE:

* Worked in JSW STEEL LTD, Tarapur, Maharashtra as Graduate Apprentice

Trainee in Mechanical maintenance dept. from Aug 2012 to Aug 2013.

Roles and Responsibilities:

. Presently working in dual product (GALVANIZING and GALVALUME) line.

. Maintaining ISO records like Monthly Preventive Maintenance plan, Routine

maintenance plan, Roll history record, delay record.

. Planning and implementing the preventive and predictive maintenance

schedule of plant equipments for improving the over all

reliability, availability and safety of equipments.

. Tracking daily breakdowns, implementing preventive maintenance programs

to improve the efficiency of the system and equipments undergoing

maintenance.

. Proactively identifying specific areas of breakdowns and take steps to

rectify the same through troubleshooting tools.

. Executing cost saving and energy saving technique/measures and

modification to achieve substantial reduction in O & M expenditure.

. Planning and management of spares, manpower planning, job sequencing and

planning for shutdowns.

. Handling shifts individually & managing manpower

. Identifying and implementing process on :

i) Energy saving

ii) Low cost automation.

. Spare stock Monitoring and Procurement of spares according to process

need

OTHER EXPERIENCE:

* Worked as a Trainee Engineer in Prakash Industries (manufacturers of

mechanical grinding machine) for three months after Diploma.

on which the profile of the threading to be done is machined.

Solar conveyor belt: Solar Conveyor is a modern application of non

conventional energy resources which charges battery by solar panel and

runs conveyor for industrial use.
