Overall responsible for erection of 25,000 MT of Structural steel – comprised of pipe rack

and Equipment structures, Profile sheet cladding for shelters, issue site instruction for

addition, modification, alteration etc. Conducts weekly progress review meeting with

subcontractors, do follow up with vendors to arrange the material on time and addresses

progress and issues to the senior management

Duration

Responsible for erection of:

a)12,000 MT steel structures for pipe racks

b) Shelter for Plant air Compressor, Lube oil Compressor,

c) Fabrication and Erection of Large Mechanical workshop with 10 M.T/EOT crane

d) Maintenance plant for Heavy duty vehicle

e) Warehouse structure fabrication and erection

f) Cladding and fireproof on structures and associated attachments .

g) Erection of 25 / 100 Mtrs. high telecom towers.

Arrange required equipments, manpower, material for erection, indent raw-materials for

fabrication. Guide and Advise Engineers and Supervisors in regard with project planning.

Conduct daily progress meeting with engineers / supervisors, review meeting with

subcontractors. Address weekly progress to the Project Director and Vice President, Attend

monthly client review meeting.

material. Instruct fab-shop in charge regarding schedule of production and give the

technical guidance to the engineers or supervisors for production and execution. Track and

Monitor site activities with respect to planned completion dates.

Invoicing and payment collection as per agreed terms and conditions. Company business is

diversified to fabrication of steel structures, steel tanks, furniture’s, brass and stainless steel

fabrications. Fabricated steels with powder coated finish have made tremendous business to

the company development.
