NOTABLE ACHIEVEMENTS

Team Lead for the successful completion of the $24 million Papalote Creek Wind Farm Project;

oversaw and coordinated the interactions of system design and installation engineering teams and

contractors. Developed site specific Quality Assurance and Quality Control Manuals addressing wind

and solar farm construction processes. Resolved multiple complex issues, including a result control

wiring issue involving EMA Breaker SL Relays, and transformer pit pour elevation/ground survey

changes.

MEP Manager/Superintendent responsible for the build out of the $103 million New Indianapolis

Airport garage/GTC Land side Project. Managed the scheduling of MEP trades, and collaborated

with professional trade colleagues to synchronize buildings and systems interfaces. Continually

reviewed and audited build out procedures to ensure timely milestone completion; reconciled

estimates against capital expenditures and negotiated and interfaced with consultants and

design/estimating teams as necessary. Responsible for conveyance construction of HVAC and

indoor/outdoor electrical applica tions. Effectively resolved complex building code compliance issue

involving egress lighting (HID re -strike).

Managed the MEP processes for the New Reid Replacement Hospital Project, budgeted at $180

million. Developed and managed against MEP cost models and estimates for both the Outpatient Care

Center as well as the New Reid Medical Office Building.

Acted as MEP Coordinator for the $210 million De Vos Place Convention Center Expansion and

Renovation. Developed and implemented a unique construction and rigging application to safely

remove several 15,000 lb transformers from rooftop locations. Successfully resolved a complex

sound resolution issue for planned meeting rooms involving transformer coil water and heat impact

from oil base coating.

Selected to be the Electrical Engineer tasked with completing lighting and security systems as part of

the Indiana Historical Library Renovation and Expansion effort; successfully managed a complete

refurbishment of the electrical system while maintaining the histor ical integrity of the complex.
