platform to Teradyne Flex in support of Intersil acquisition.
. Delivered operational stability throughout acquisition supporting
transfer of Zilker Labs products to test houses utilized by Instersil
facilitating qualification and correlation of products built across
multiple sites.
. Eliminated production bottleneck by spearheading test engineer actions
increasing test capacity by 8x, reducing testing time, slashing test
costs and boosting yield within first year of acquisition.
. Key member of product definition team assuring cost effective test
techniques such as DFT, JTAG, etc are incorporated in new products.
. Implemented full tests of analog and digital functions for production
testing on Flex Tester to test devices, calibrate embedded circuits,
load firmware and verify compliance to data sheet .
ZILKER LABS, Austin, Texas 2005 to 2008

products. Key participation in new product validation process. Oversaw
qualification testing of products going into production. Supported assembly
and production testing across the globe.
. Provided testing solution for new products that contained processor,
RAM, NVRAM, ADC and DACs for control loop with dual die technology on
NexTest Maverick tester written in C++ delivering silicon validation,
qualification testing, and production testing.
. Implemented calibrations that facilitated higher accuracy of digital
power management chips through development of calibration techniques
performed in final testing process.
. Ensured chip devices passed required qualified tests by defining
necessary qualification tests, including HTOL, HTB, and ESD, as well as,
defining tests and designing qual boards.
. Subcontractor management for fab, test/assembly including Amkor, TSMC,
and Integra
