machines, on 3 shifts with 45 hourly employees and 3 engineers and 4

process technician's. Also had Paint line and Volvo interior assembly

cabinet line.

. Transferred interior cabinet line from #1 competitor with zero impact

to the customer. Move added $8 million in sales. Operating for 18

months with 5 PPM to Volvo. Achieved International Plastic Supplier of

The Year from Volvo Heavy Truck 2011 for first time in Consolidated

Metco's Plastics Division.

. Relocated interior line from Findley industries for Navistar truck

within 5 weeks while avoiding disruption to production. Implemented
