Environmental Health and Safety Specialist. I work with job related injuries to seek proper
medical attention and manage workers compensation cases. Attend appointments and insure
follow ups are met. I also perform safety audits and insure safety is followed in the Nissan facility
as well as providing guidance and education to insure all areas are in compliance with federal,
state and local laws for OSHA, TOSHA, EPA and NFPA. I am also responsible for ISO 14001
Environmental Management System, Hazard Communications and other regulatory guidelines. I
am responsible for maintaining training records and ensure all employee training is up to date.
Pearson Safety and Tetra Chemical Memphis Tennessee 2008 - 2011
Environmental Health and Safety Director I Worked directly with chemical engineer and
project manager to manage PSM, responsible for contractor management, write and implement
HSE policies OSHA, TOSHA, EPA and Local Emergency Services to insure safe and accurate
environmental training and evaluation regulations were in place . With Pearson Safety Services I
gained knowledge in many areas of EHS as listed above. I then contracted to Tetra Chemical and
became their Safety Director. I was responsible for all hazardous and non hazardous waste and
provided employees with HAZCOM and HAZWOPPER training as well as day to day safety.
Columbia Housing Authority Columbia Tennessee 2005 - 2008
Operations Manager / Safety and Security As Operations Manager of Safety and Security I
managed a major renovation of all housing units and revamping of all properties. My
responsibilities included, but were not limited to writing and implementing disaster preparedness
and emergency evacuation procedures and OSHA compliance during the construction phase. I
also provided security on all Campuses. I was responsible for loss control and Risk Management.

Owner and Operator - As the owner and operator I was directly responsible for procuring and
scheduling work. I was a licensed private investigator and insurance Fraud Claims Law
investigator. As a member of SCLA and FCLA I investigated and mitigated lost time work injuries
and liability claims. We also provided OSHA and safe work practice evaluations in the construction
and industrial industries. Risk Intervention Specialist provided Industrial and Occupational Risk
Management, OSHA compliance inspections, designed safe practice procedures and performed
mock OSHA inspections. We also investigated and mitigated injury and accident claims and
provided security for high profile institutions and events.

Paramedic As a Paramedic I provided pre-hospital emergency medical care. I was trained in
trauma, advanced cardiac life support, OB & L and D, Pediatric and Geriatric care including but not
limited to long term transfer Intensive Care and Critical Care. I obtained HAZCOM, HAZWOP
emergency rescue diver, ACLS, PALS, ATLS, PTLS and other certifications. I am currently still
licensed as a Paramedic in the state of Tennessee.
United States Air Force 1984 – 1987
Aircraft Mechanic I enlisted in the USAF my senior year of high School in 1983. I went to basic
training at Lakeland AFB in June of 1984. After BMTS I attended Military Aircraft Environmental
Systems training at Chanute AFB in Rantoul Illinois. I became a 5 level mechanic and trainer and
was promoted to Quality Assurance. In September of 1987 I was honorably discharged and
continued in the Active TNANG at Berry Field in Nashville, Tennessee. I completed my service and
was honorable discharged for my guard unit in January of 1990 as an E4 Sergeant.
