AREAS OF EXPERTISE
• Work with project leaders to ensure that adequate HS&E advice and resource can be provided to their
business core activities and offices.
• Provide coaching and support to project in charges to develop their HS&E Leadership.
• Champion and encourage the implementation of group Safety Systems and procedures and report on
the success of their application throughout the Business Unit identifying trends.
• Promote the provision of adequate resources and competencies to achieve the required health, safety
and environmental performance within the business. This is to include assisting in the promotion,
development, organization and delivery of HS&E training, instruction and information systems.
• Monitor accident and incident investigation to ensure it has been properly carried out to identify both
immediate and underlying causes. Collect, analyze and report on such data and promoting actions to
prevent recurrences at site level and feed back in to the company system.
• Ensure appropriate HS&E input to the tender process as required. This may included; responses to
pre qualification questionnaires; assessment of risks at tender stage; production of outline health and
safety plans and providing appropriate advice to estimators.
• Provide appropriate input to the procurement process as requested.
• Provide and advise on recommendations for the continual development of the group HS&E
Management systems and participate in working parties and the business HS&E Groups as requested
by the HS&E Director.
• Collate statistics and prepare the safety and environment section of the board report for their business
units and forward to the Director responsible for Health, Safety and Environment or his nominee.
• Be the Champion of HS&E in our business unit.

HSE Coordinator for OFFSHORE project for ZADCO (Upper Zakum 750) to Support ND 32 & ND 33 drilling activities.
