Manger did the hiring of office staff; screened caregivers for our customer so that we could place a caregiver in our customer’s home to help care for them, to help customer
remain in there home, or assisted living, with out having to move with the help of a caregiver to assist.
Went out to the clients home to do the intake, and make sure that we knew what there needs where for care and that we could match up the right caregiver with that customer.
Our Goal was to keep the customer happy and safe in there home with the right kind of care with a caregiver that the customer felt comfortable with having in there home, Company stayed involved with the caregiver, client, and the family. Constant follow-up

Program Director

2004-2009
Worked with this non-profit doing intakes of terminal ill clients to make sure that they qualify for the program. Then verify with the doctors and hospice that these records are all true, make sure that financial records were in order that they meet with the program qualifications.
Work on putting there last wish together by finding out what there last wish was, then making it happen, by going to work and doing what ever it took to put that wish together
Sometimes we only had a week to put it all into place due to a client may have only just found out that they had a very short time to live.
elders last wish was so important they helped the elder to find the peace that they needed at this time in there life. We also would help to work with the family to let them know what to expect when there time was close. And if they needed someone to talk to we were there to help them through there time of need.
What this program did was give the patient and family closer so that they had that time to say what ever they needed or wanted to say, and close there family circle.
Worked with people not only in our state but may other states. May different back grounds and different stories of there family situation and you had to have compassion, and empathy, newspaper articles on the last wish’s that we fulfilled, TV Interview, Radio Interview, Fund raiser Cd made for Elders Last Wish to help explain what we did for our terminal ill elders,
TV interview, Radio interviews, Newspaper interviews, grant writing, fund raising, public speaking, teaching family and others about the process of end of life closure and how to get through it healthy and whole.
