personnel in the operation and maintenance of the plant equipment/ systems.
Developed and implemented all management systems for the treatment facility.
Acted as Project Manager during the initial six months and in this capacity
mobilized all staffing for the project including five expatriates and twenty Host
Country Engineers, set up offices and prepared the entire operation plan for the
