This system is based on PLC connected to the servo drive

control,variable frequency drive control,profibus control.This

system consist magnetron target material like cdte with

3. Project Name :P1,P2,P3,P4 Laser scribing on thin film

Photovoltaic glass.

System :PLC based laser scribing machine.

PLC model RS LOGIX5000

Client :Gangyue,china .

Description : The laser is used to cut the film and the TCO

into 1.0 volt cells. This is necessary to isolate the cells for

downstream processing. Laser one also makes a perimeter

isolation scribe. removes the film to expose the N-layer to the

metallization. The plate then goes to the sputtering system to

apply a metal film for the back contact. The back contact would

be Chrome-Aluminium - Chrome at variable thickness. There are

other metals of interest such as Moly - Telluride or Antimony

Telluride..
