Job Responsibilities

• Inspection of incoming materials as per project specification and relevant ASME

standard.

• Carried out Pre weld, In Process & Post weld Inspection as per Drawing, WPS & ITP.

• Ensure consumables are stores and used as per Qc procedure.

• Monitoring welder’s qualification and performance

• Verification of isometrics drawing with respect to P&ID.

• Insuring Erection and Fabrication work of pipeline/Piping work as per the drawing.

• Witness of alignments, orientations and dimensions of installed piping

• Monitoring Welding Parameters and preheat and interpass temperature.

• PQR, WQT and their review in accordance with ASME Section IX and project

specifications.

• Review the pre heating, post heating and PWHT procedure preparation of WPS

• Non Destructive Examination for welding joints as per project specifications/ client

requirement.

• Ensure that NDT Instruments are always calibrated and in good working condition.

• Attend all repairs work correctly and NDT are regularly repeated.

• Witness of Piping Pressure Test to meet all the requirements of client /ASME B31.3

• Review of Test packages for all project specific requirements before and after hydro

test.

• Walk down of Pressure Test Battery Limits as per project specifications and

Drawings/ Isometrics and preparation of Punch Lists.

• Inspection / Monitoring of Final Box up activities at site.

• Coordinate with construction team for verification of punch points

• Make DWR (Daily Welding Report) and fit up report.

coordination, listen and understand the team members, encourage and negotiate. These were essential

part of group work activity both at university and work to ensure a successful result.

Ability to work in multicultural environment developed from working on projects with people from

different origin and culture.

Communication skills in me started to develop from the higher schooling and by the time at university

during engineering and then at work were well developed and were enhanced further.

Planning & Time Management is vital credential for in time delivery of projects. This has been achieved

with a proper organized planning and monitoring the work. I develop a through plan with a well thought

strategy before the work begins and validate the progress.
