Duties and Responsibilities

1. All New ship Building Structure inspect according to the standard and

present to Owner Rep and Classification

2. Ensure the Quality Standard and Yard Standard according to the

Classification

Prepare the QC plan and NDT plan present to owner rep and surveyors

3. Material Receiving inspection & Review of Mill certificates according

to Specifications.

4. Use Thedolight or Total Station to Measure the Vessel Keel Flatness

and keep maintain the Requirement

5. Planning the work as per Project Schedule

6. Planning and Reviewing of NDT Reports.

7. Liasioning with various Third Party Inspection agencies like LRS,DNV,

BV & ABS

Witness & Processing Tanks systems & hydro test

8. Conduction welders qualifications & Training the welders ( All

position)

9. Preparation of material take off,

MY ROLE

Total Hull activities in shop floor and on-hoard, Main coordinator

for block erection, Co-ordination with NDT works, Structure fit up

inspection, Weld visual Inspection, Air Testing and all the Hull relative

jobs inspection, Over all in chare for steel side Co-ordination with Client

& Owner rep, keep maintain the Documentation.

Repair Vessel:

Also involving in many ship repair activities as per owner like Ming

universe, Geco Bata, Northern River, Petro Opti, Bhum, CSO Venturer, Wana

Bhum, Ham-316, bumi armada,Perl river, etc
