SKILLS
I have work experience in the nursing field for over 3 years. I have learned the importance of customer satisfaction and
how to achieve it.
Working with the elderly gave me the knowledge to slow down and listen. Understand their needs and do my best to
satisfy these needs. I have also past experience at customer relationship in the sales area. I was a sales representative
for a local radio station in the Green Bay area after graduation from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College in 1986.
This opened my personality and allowed me to express myself better and communicate with my customer while using
my closing techniques.
