• Served as Assistant Resident Engineer in Kaufman County, Texas. Responsible for monitoring

current construction projects, completing Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E) for multiple

projects; processing paperwork, overseeing current design projects, assisting in the design of

ongoing projects.

• Responsible for Designing various highway projects within the Dallas, Texas District. Responsible for

all aspects of Plan, Specification, and Estimate (PS&E). For example: vertical and horizontal

alignments, hydraulic designs, traffic control plans, general notes, estimates, etc.

• Served as the Utility Relocation Coordinator for North Central Expressway reconstruction in Dallas,

TX. Responsible for monthly meetings with utility companies to discuss design details and potential

utility relocations. Reviewed and approved utility relocation permits.

• Reviewed and approved critical multi million dollar roadway plans produced by consultant engineers.

Monitored consultant’s progress and held monthly meetings to discuss progress.

• Served as Engineer in Training in the Roadway Design section. Responsible for all aspects of design

of 10 plus roadways in the Dallas District.
