Avon Corporation, Sr. Project Manager Mobile Systems Development and
Deployment (May 2013 - Aug 2013)
Managed a highly matrixed team across Avon's I/T organization and 3
software development vendors to create Avon's mobile application allowing
sales representatives and customers to order products. The mobile app is
available on Apple iPhone, iPad as well as Andriod phones and tablets and
was successfully deployed to 11 countries.
IBM Global Services, Global Leader, Systems Management Integration Service
Line (July 2012 - Apr 2013)
Established the strategy, direction, governance process, management system
and communications plan which provides I/T systems management integration
tools supporting all IBM divisons as well as our commercial clients. These
tools allow businesses to run more smoothly and efficiently in producing
their products and was supported by over 1,500 world wide I/T professionals
in a matrixed management organization utilizing PMI project management
delivery standards.

Responsible for establishing PMI based project plans to outsource and
migrate 750 world wide Business Operations staff positions to low cost,
global partner countries resulting in significantly improved financial

IBM Global Services, Division Virtualization Transformation Leader (Oct
2009 - Dec 2010)
Responsible for establishing and leading a worldwide strategy for the
deployment and installation of industry leading VMWare software across
IBM's 4 product divison datacenter servers utilizing a matrixed management
resource model. This software maximizes infrastructure/server utilization
resulting in reduced datacenter space, cooling and power expense providing
exponentially greater infrastructure efficiency as well as preventing
additional datacenter growth and expense. We achieved savings. of nearly

Responsible for successful PMI based project plans to outsource 300 I/T

Managed a 100 member global team across the US, Mexico, India and China

leased telephone equipment. Areas included an application help desk, web
and various mission critical mainframe and client server applications
solutions.
