Operations Manager- Distribution Company of Professional Audio equipment. Managed 4 supervisors, 30

hourly warehouse and delivery employees. Responsible for hiring, training, counsel/mentoring all

employees. Oversee daily operations including receiving, stocking, order process, shipping and inventory

Responsible for dock operations and associates, including driver supervision, shipment inventory, routes,

staging of shipments by routes or carrier, proper bill of laden documentation of all truck and air shipments.

Ensure proper packaging for all shipments to forwarders or airlines, ensure all company policies and

procedures are followed, including facility and product transport security per FFA guidelines distribution

and logistics. I provided forklift instruction and certification for associates.

Operations Dock Supervisor: I managed all aspects on the shift, in relation to land and air shipments. I

directly supervised, 4 Leads, 22 dock workers, 15 company route drivers, 14 company line haul drivers

and independent contract drivers. Provided training to employees in all company procedures, safety

training and forklift training/certification. Additional responsibilities included, accurate routing of

inbound/outbound shipments, and meeting shipment departure goals, mis-ship goals, managing various

budget goals, fielding and solving customer issues. Investigate damage claims and provide resolutions,

Duties: trainer of new warehouse associates in all distribution departments. I also monitored and audited

outbound orders. Monitored shipping department production to meet daily deadlines. My duties included

research of inaccurate inventory levels, investigation and corrective actions. Provided fork lift instruction

and certification of new associates. WMS training.
