Branch. GS-12, DLA Disposition Services- Red River Army Depot. Responsible for the day to day
oversight/management of the Receipts/Storage/Disposition of government excess property/material of
the warehouse operation. Perform a wide range of programs and individual process tasks, to include
human resources and fiscal management, strategic planning, and customer effectiveness. Negotiate
arrangements and alliances with customers having specific needs; provide feedback to effected military
organization regarding ongoing status of proposed resolution. I have been a Contracting Officers
Representative (COR), Demilitarization Coordinator, in both Iraq and Afghanistan. Conduct monthly,
quarterly, and yearly inventories, using Radio Frequency (RF) barcode scanner. Made decisions during
the course of assignments such as planning approach to the work, identifying key areas, determining
resource requirements, interpreting the information provided and redefining in-processing methods and
techniques. Collect data, prepare spreadsheets, charts, and briefings using PowerPoint, Microsoft
Excel. Other systems used but not limited to Microsoft Word and Adobe.
My career started, 1973, as a Wage Grade ( WG-05) Forklift Operator/Warehouseman. Worked as a
warehouseman from 1973-1978, then became a GS Marketing Specialist. Have been involved in all
areas of warehousing, loading and offloading trucks, counting inventory items, doing document input for
both recepts and shipments. I attended college for four years, wasn’t able to get my degree.

Jun-Oct 08 Assigned to Supervise the Demilitarization Center, Crane, IN. Over sight

05/2000 to 05/2003. Hrs. per week: 40, Zone Manager, GS-13, Atlantic Zone, consisting of England,
Iceland, Spain, and Azores. Defense Reutilization and Marketing Service- International. Direct
supervision over four area Zone Supervisors, Liaison Officer, Budget Analyst, Environmentalist, and
Logistics Supervisor. Analyze the overall operation of the Zone Supervisors to evaluate their
effectiveness of managing people, dollars, government materials, and customer satisfaction. Based on
the analysis, provide corrective actions to resolve problems and recommend process improvements.
Participated in strategic planning of objectives, goals, resource management, marketing and
customer/client development. Monitored Contractors on outsourcing needs and agreements. Have
comprehensive knowledge of marketing trends, competitive alliances.

planning objectives, resource management, regulatory compliance (both with general government
property and Hazardous material/waste), plan budgets, and mission goals. Perform inventories, project
future customer demands, and determine preferred methods of customer support, fluctuating demand
patterns and workload levels, and technical changes. I assisted in the design layout, and contracting of
the new warehouse operation.
03/1989 to 05/1996: Hrs. per week: 40, Supervisory Property Disposal Specialist, GS-11, Defense
Reutilization and Marketing Service- Fort Gordon, GA. Responsibilities included but not limited to
planning objectives, resource management, regulatory compliance (both with general government
property and Hazardous material/waste), plan budgets, and mission goals. Perform inventories, project
future customer demands, and determine preferred methods of customer support, fluctuating demand
patterns and workload levels, and technical changes. Addition duties; Contracting Officer’s
Representative (COR) for conducting monthly Local Government Surplus and Retail Sales. I assisted in
Loading and off loading trucking, from loading docks and outside using loading portable ramps, or from
the ground.
