Advises property owner if a Change of Use Permit or Rezoning is
necessary;
Recommends procedures and provides guidance to contractors,
craft workers, and owners regarding the City's property/housing
rehabilitation and construction assistance program;
Provides property owners and developers a list of HIC licensed
contractors;
Arranges and conducts meetings with the property owners and
contractors, both pre-construction and post-construction,
