Hand held metal detector Instructor and repair technician. Work on

troubleshooting the electronics and teaching proper set-up and use of

device. Experienced soldering wires and components to motherboards inside

equipment.

Sept 2011 to Oct 2012 EPS at CECOM

Work as Information Assurance Network Officer for users on the government

network and users on the commercial Knology network. Maintain work stations

and laptops-troubleshoot hardware and software problems on both networks at

Fort Gordon, Ga.

Oct 2009 to Sept 2011, SAIC, Augusta, Ga. Fort Gordon

Work on the help desk for the 442nd Signal Battalion. Troubleshoot Outlook,

Word and other software and hardware related problems. Also use of CAC
