As a dedicated pre-nursing student with a 4.0 grade point average, I am

seeking professional medical experience while awaiting entrance to a

nursing program (delayed due to my husband's deployment schedule).

A previous background as a hospital emergency room volunteer, combined with

a National Certification as a phlebotomy tech and my recent education in

anatomy, biology, medical terminology, etc, provides a great foundation for

further medical employment. Additionally, I have experience as a high-end

retail sales supervisor, with excellent managerial, bookkeeping, and

customer service skills.

As an active member of the volunteer-run Hospital Auxiliary, I provided non-

medical assistance to emergency room patients, acted as patient liaison

between medical professionals and family members, and served as hospital

representative in the often-at-capacity waiting room

As sales supervisor, acted as manager-on-duty. Opened/closed store

location, accounted for merchandise, in charge of bookkeeping, employee

compliance and training, and furthered business growth and earnings.

Co-founded a cooperative preschool. Researched, developed, and implemented

lesson plans for 3 and 4 year olds.

Co-founder of statewide moms group, providing charitable events, support

groups, and in-person playdates for Oahu's moms and children .Focus on

event planning and promotions.
