. Responsible for the business management of tracking

store openings, closures, transfers of ownership,

period and monthly volume reports for both fountain

STAR2 reporting point person for the Central Region -

provided training and ad hoc volume and service

reports as requested

. Cross functional communication with Database

Management, Contracts/Legal, Account Analysts and

Customer Service Operations Center to provide

flawless service to field sales managers, bottlers,

and customers. Research contracts to verify and

answer customer/NASM questions.

. Work through, research and resolve customer issues

concerning billing, service, and product requirements

. Worked with trade shows and resulting invoices for

vendor payment. Prepared CDA payments and submitted

to Finance for approval and payment.

SENIOR MARKETING SERVICES BUSINESS COORDINATOR

. Responsible for timely execution of business proposal

documentation for all corn based products for Frito-

Lay. Proposal types include packaging changes,

weight or price changes, new production

introductions, food service and vending initiatives.

Could work as many as 40-60 proposals at one time

. Present new business proposals at weekly Business

Liaison meeting where all functions of Frito-Lay are

represented and resolve questions from liaison team.

. Attend and sometimes lead weekly Task Force meetings

where all Frito-Lay functions come together to

discuss business initiatives. Insure that accurate

data and timing information is included in the

proposal

. While working with West product supply, set up a

matrix to synch up products with the correct

producing and mixing location and production codes

. Request and proof UPC bar codes for product

verification

. Coordinate trade samples for new product launches to

ensure product is manufactured and sent to field

sales in a timely manner

FIELD MARKETING COORDINATOR

. Develop new item sell sheets for DSLs and RSRs to use

in the field

. Provide communication to field sales (ZDLs, ZBMs,

KAMs, etc) regarding POS ordering including shippers,

clip strips and other available POS materials

. Prepare and track new item matrix as well as research

product and POS issues by collaborating with MDM and

other coordinators to problem solve product

availability and trade samples

. Work closely with MDM to coordinate meetings by

preparing "Meeting in a Box" materials for both

District and Rollout meetings
