Professional Experience

Manufacturing Engineering Technician (Senior)

Biomed Technologies, Inc. Culver City, CA (September 2011 – February 2013)

* Conducted and monitored all preventive maintenance and calibration of equipment in both controlled environments and ISO Class 7 clean rooms in accordance with FDA Quality Systems Regulations and ISO 13485. Developed a standardization of the Preventive Maintenance, Calibration, and Requalification programs as well as the Employee Safety program.

* Provided day-to-day manufacturing support including repairs of medical manufacturing equipment.

* Troubleshot medical devices, analyzed failures (component level), and reported data to multiple departments and vendors.

* Tested new devices, revised and standardized test procedures, trained and interviewed new test technicians.

* Worked with various test and inspection equipment such as Microscopes, DMM, Oscilloscope, HiPot, Leakage, Ground Continuity, NIBP/SPO2/Respiration/Temperature/IBP/ECG Simulators, Vision Systems, and Materials Testing Machines.
