packaging to customer. Developed packaging systems from just

boxing products to photographing and identifying each product

for shipping verification purposes. After goals were

accomplished a Bartender Barcoding system was installed.

Hunt Dedicated) and Receiving, Warehouse, Cutting,

Fabrication, Tempering, Sample and IG Departments. Initiated

new safety program that lead to over 50,000 work hours without

a recordable injury. Helped implement Lean Manufacturing and

DuPont to heat, calendar, and print their spun bonded rolls to

assignment board to run more efficiently. These improvements
