boxing products to photographing and identifying each product

accomplished a Bartender Barcoding system was installed.

Fabrication, Tempering, Sample and IG Departments. Initiated
new safety program that lead to over 50,000 work hours without
a recordable injury. Helped implement Lean Manufacturing and
start up 6'S. Assisted in start up of $1.5 million Forel IG
line and temporing oven upgrades.

Plant Supervisor. Company is ISO certified. Contracted by
DuPont to heat, calendar, and print their spun bonded rolls to
strict specifications into Tyvek . The Tyvek is then
converted and packaged for shipments worldwide. Increased "up-
time" initiative by 10%. Increased production by using
assignment board to run more efficiently. These improvements
reduced internal and external complaints by half. Controlled
flexo plate cage to improve print quality and plate wear.
