Implementation and structure of Materials Team,(includes hiring) KPI’s and SOP. Implementing structure
for Supplier Performance and measurables along with review and capital planning for 2013 goals.
Bennett also owns Bennett Shanghai. Operational planning and manufacturing process review with
international distribution.
Operations include current material flow, manufacturing processes, staffing and plant layout with new
line implementation.
Current database implementation Co-coordinator/trainer for all system modules within Bennett. Will be
first company within Hines Industries to model and implement new manufacturing system. Later dates
will involve consult, collaborations and standardization of operational procedures.

05/2010 - 05/2012 International Distribution
Integration of "absorbed" facility, incorporating our international purchases, containers and coordination
of multiple distributions. This involved both a US and Canadian sales team, customer service and
technical support. Part Number (SKUS), descriptions and costing integrated with current ongoing
demand and sales. This involved multi international facilities coordination, incorporating manufacturing
and delivery lead-times for shipment to Greenville facility, US distributors and Canadian distributors for
individual deliveries.

facility.
Implementation of Job descriptions, goals and objectives in correlation to Company directives. This also
included hiring of staff for each facility. Emphasis on Supplier development, Collaborations, PPMS and
cost saving programs. Responsible for development, implementation of monthly reporting of interplant
Pro Forma and general ledger. Updated 20 yr old database to also include barcode scanning.
Consulted with other FS plants regarding SOP, Kanban implementation and Materials group personnel.
Coordination of freight, carriers, cost and expenses with measurable decreases. Implementation of
Ford returnable program. Rack return process coinciding with daily sequencing. Segregated and
implemented obsolescence and build out program and procedures. Responsible for all Repetitive and
MRO purchasing. Extensive negotiation, partnership, collaboration and planning with Suppliers.
