* Maintenance of Muster Rolls/Leave Records and Leave Matters of

the Staff Members.

* Maintenance of Office Inventory.

* Coordinating in the Recruitment Work with the Management like

Identifying the Positions as per Company's requirements, Paper

Notification, Screening of Applications, Conducting Interviews,

Selection of Candidates, Issuing Appointment Orders,etc.

* Maintenance of Personal Files of the Employees

* Reviewing of monthly/yearly Work Performance of the Employees.

* Liaison work - Visiting Govt. Offices for Office work.
