24X7 troubleshooting duties. Resolved “suspended” check errors and returned items (e.g. incorrect read by sorter; out

of balance batch tickets; missing items; missing bundles; non-negotiable items; detail records which didn’t match

summary records) from Texas and New York LPARs, and posted the results to each region’s DDA and General

Ledger. Developed online reports showing return item “Fed Class” codes (G/L account; transmit date; transmit

amount). Modified end-of-day general ledger reconciliation workflow, expediting the adjustment of New York and

Texas returned items, formatted by PEGA. Created DDA Account conversion program which verified good DDA

For Strategic Banking Systems (SBS) Account in Plano, Texas – Designed, coded, tested, and maintained online / batch

Pacbase applications supporting a demand deposit account service-charge analysis function used by corporate staffs at

Bank One (now Chase Bank) and Norwest Bank. Trained in DB2, SQL, Pacbase, and IMS.

For AT&T Account in Bedminster, New Jersey - Developed test scripts, modules, and user requirements for the Rated

Message Verification Project (RMRVP), a long-distance telephone billing project which recouped $2 million in

missing revenue. Produced code runbooks, coordinated production runs and Change Service Requests (CSRs) with a

regional processing center (RPC) in Alpharetta, Georgia. Used GENTRAN system to port EDS code to the RPC.
