BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE METHODOLOGY USED IN DESIGNING & COMPILING THE

PROJECT

1. First build up the data in MS Access conforming to the Requirement

Specification.

2. Form two tables:-

Employees table-like serial no, emp id, name, rank, Dept, email id,,

address, password

Request form table in columns of Request no, Emp no, Type of bill,

Bill date, Bill amount, Date bill submitted, Bill status, Reason for

rejection, Mode of payment, Bank name, Branch, Savings A/C No

3 . Using the concept of "Multiple Development Interface"

. Create a project in windows

. Design Main Interface.

. First Select the form, go to properties and click on "Is MDI

container", Set as for true. Form turns to grey. Go to toolbox and

click on Menu and Toolbar - Select Menu strip and drag/drop on form.

Click on Menu strip and Invoke Log-In.

. Click on : "log-in" and write the code.

. Design Front end

. Write the code events

. Then compile & run the program.
