Packet loss Measurement in Client-Server Network.

Responsibilities:

Involved in the analysis, design and implementation.

Developed the User Interface.

Read images and the face and estimate the approximate age of the subject.

•

Description: The aim of the Project is to estimate the loss of packets in data Transmission in

Client-Server network. This system shows a simple TCP which has checksum, error

control, packet loss and simulation for a random network. User can give the time

slice, packet loss, corrupt packet and random number range. The time slice indicates

the time it takes the packet to reach from client to server. The more the packet loss

probability the more packets will be lost before send to the server. This project will be

easier to trace the program if the range is less.

Contribution: We have followed the software development life cycle phases to complete the project.

I have involved in each of those phases and contributed my part well.
