CRM Business Project Manager

Performed project management, business process improvement, report and dashboard

management, business administration and support for higher education’s 1500 user

implementation of Salesforce.com.

• Responsible for identifying, tracking, prioritizing and managing to completion all

defects and enhancements requested by the business, IT, and CRM team.

• Created and managed 400+ Salesforce.com reports and dashboards, continually

working to update and improve them. Trained users on customizing and using

reports and dashboards to meet their changing business needs.

• Worked with sales, marketing and editorial to define and improve business

processes through the use of Salesforce.com by designing screenshots and creating

Salesforce.com implementation.

o Took all Salesforce.com online training, and in 2009 took formal business

admin training.
