Geology & Exploration Project Safety in a glance :

I ever involved in Geology & Exploration Project (C oal Mine Project - Onshore) in Sanga-sanga, Kutai Kartanegara, East

Kalimantan for 1 year as HSE Officer. The Drilling Project operating Long Year Rig. I have responsible to supervise the

implementation of all HSE Requirements such as Hazard Identification Risk Assessment Determine C ontrol (HIRADC),

socialize SWP (Safety Work Procedure) through Rig Induction, Training, Pre-Start Meeting (Take 5), make sure all rig crew

use proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), doing regular inspection, and make HSE Performance Report to Project

Manager.

The geology and exploration activities aim to comply with JORC standard for resource and reserve statement. PT. TMU held

coal concession 3.414 Ha at Palaran, Kutai Kartanegara, East Kalimantan. Mostly steep dipping coal seam with more than 69

seam on both side flank of anticline - syncline system. The exploration department propose to drill about 49.000 meter,

inclined, with 17 rig to prepare JORC data compliant for IPO of PT. Toba Bara Sejahtra, Tbk.

Main Responsibilities :

Implement the HSE system prevailing in the PT. Trisensa Mineral Utama.

C onduct safety induction for new employees, contractors and visitor.

C reate weekly reports, monthly and three monthly for both internal and external purposes.
