Joseph of Cluny, Ireland, did my (ICSE) IN 1986 WITH 81.5% to my credit,
Excelled in Mathematics (94%).
12th in 1988(60% with Science i.e. Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics)
BSc (Agriculture) from B.H.U. Varanasi in 1994 with 70.8%
M.Sc (Agriculture) First Class in Extension Education in 1996 with 73.5%
from B.H.U. (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi, a central University.
Post Graduate Diploma in Plantation Management in 1997 with 76% from
Kothari Agricultural Management Center, Coonoor
Work Experience: 2 years with Watershed Development Project in Rohtas
District of Bihar as Watershed Development Team Member from 1998-2000.

various positions of which some significant ones are as follows
June 2005- June 2007( 2 years)- project head for the first project of
environment pollution in rural Rajasthan in Behror Tehsil of district Alwar
for project titled "Selecting and scaling up water-efficient farming and
groundwater recharge systems among 3,000 small scale farmers, in Behror
block, district Alwar, Rajasthan" a CPWF( Challenge Program on Water and
Food) Project under CGIAR( Consultative Group on International Agricultural
Research) whose main purpose was to involve the agricultural households
within the project area in a farmer led research, where a number of methods
for reducing the demand of water in agricultural crops and enhancing the
groundwater recharge through individual and community owned structures were
tested.
July, 2007- December, 2009: Project coordinator for the project titled,'
Ground Water Recharge and Water & Soil Conservation technology for poor
farmers in Rajasthan' in Mahua Block of District Dausa, with the purpose of
Introduction and promotion of low cost / low technology methods for ground
water recharge, water and soil conservation and optimal use of water
through innovative agriculture practices that will help farmers to achieve
better yields.
January, 2010 till decmber,2012: Senior Project leader for project titled
'Biogas as renewable energy source in Indian Villages' which is being
implemented in Mahuwa Block of Dausa district of Rajasthan for implementing
of biogas technology with the community. I have made Fixed Dome Model of
Biogas plants (172) working and running for the community, a model which
has multiple benefits for the families. Providing environmentally pure and
green gas, as also well decomposed bioslurry for use in agricultural lands
as also improves the kitchen indoor hygiene as it is smokeless and improves
health of the inmates
January,2013 till date: Project Coordinator for project titled' Women
Empowerment through Promotion of Livelihood Group in Rajasthan' for Alwar
district through improvement in farm and animal practices for income
generation and ensuring nutrition and food security.

CPWF - IGB( Challenge Program On Water and Food-Indo- Gangetic Basin)
Annual Stakeholders Workshop-2005 in Kathmandu on 03.07.06-04.07.06
-Contributed to the first International ground Water Conference in
Rajasthan University, Jaipur (19.03.08-21.03.08) by presenting a paper in a
technical session titled ' Lessons Learnt from the Practical Experience of
Scaling up the water Related Technologies at the Community level' from the
CPWF Project implemented in the period January 2006- June, 2007 in Behror.
It is to be noted that the paper is published in the Groundwater
Conference.
-Attended the 2nd international Forum on Water and Food, Addis Ababa, 10-14
November, 2008 of Challenge Program on Water and Food and was sponsored by
CPWF towards boarding lodging and flight and other travel expenses.
National and Regional
-Member of the District Level Monitoring Implementation and Monitoring
Committee for Artificial Recharge of Groundwater through Dugwell for Alwar
District.
-participated in a workshop on Sustainable Ground water Management in Arid
and Semi Arid Regions: Glimpses from Western India on June30, 2009 at
Palanpur, organized by IWMI (International Water Management Institute) and
presented on the topic' A best practice evaluation report on a number of
water related agricultural technologies with small scale farmers in
Rajasthan. '
-Participated in Two Day Sensitization Workshop on Common Guidelines on 25-
26, June, 2009 of Government of Rajasthan, Commissionerate of Watershed
Development and Soil Conservation, Rajasthan, with the support of National
Rainfed Area Authority in Jodhpur.

and participated in all its annual meeting the latest being on 18.08.2011.
- invited to the technology week (14.09.09-18.09.09) organized by KVK Dausa

On 18.09.09 and oriented the audience from the farming community on the
latest innovations done by the project on water saving agricultural
productivity and use of renewable energy.

and Global Warming in Jaipur on for the lst three years on 04.06.2010,
16.06.2011and 27.07.2012 organized by Confederation of Indian Industries
Participated and represented HPPI in national Convention on Current
Emerging Trends in Indian Biogas and Biofertilizer Development on
15.09.2012-17.09.2012 Organized by biogas Development and Training Center,

Participated and represented HPPI in the first Convention on Climate Change
and Water "C3W2012' ORGANISED AT Suresh Gyan Vihar University 10.10.2012-

Have published a book on biogas 'a renewable energy sources in Indian
